I’m a yoga and mindfulness teacher, certified life and mind-body (chronic pain recovery) coach, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner candidate. As a collaborative partner, I strive to create a supportive, brave space for you to explore self-inquiry and embodied practice on your own terms.
My approach centers authentic relationship and client empowerment. You contribute your curiosity and understanding of yourself, as well as define our journey together. I offer my presence and experience, drawing from modalities grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and somatics to support whole-body learning. Together, we will help you step into the life you envision.
